Fueling the Learning Revolution is created by MindLeaders as a front-line station for developments and information in the organizational development and performance improvement frontiers.
Our mission for this blog is to inform and inspire training administrators, human resources professionals, and managers and executives. We welcome and encourage participation and thoughts in the comments sections.
And yes, since the blog is produced by MindLeaders, we'll be covering our own news and products as part of this, but we're looking to share information you can use without filtering it.
Our regular blog authors are:
- Beth Griese is a Product Marketing Manager for the MindLeaders courses, reference library, and blogs. She has worked at MindLeaders for 10 years and been part of the training and development field for 16 years. And of course, that means she started writing training courses at the tender age of nine. When not product-managing, Beth volunteers at the Columbus Zoo.
- Philip Payne is the Director of Marketing and has been with MindLeaders for 12 years. Philip has worked on the web version of the courses and for many years was the Creative Director of MindLeaders. He is excited about the direction and the capabilities of his team, just ask him! In his spare time he is the Head Coach for the Ohio State Women's Rugby Team.
- Yvonne Rayburn has been with MindLeaders for 7 years and is a Product Marketing Manager for MindLeaders Central and PLuS (Personal Learning Service) as well as partnerships with outside vendors. She is the talkative, outgoing type and therefore is also in charge of MindLeaders user groups and community outreach programs. In addition to MindLeaders, her passion is health and wellness, and you can often find her at Baseline Fitness.
- Kristina Stiffler has worked with MindLeaders for 8 years, and has worn a lot of hats in that time. Most recently, Kristina moved from working as a project manager to the "dark side" (a.k.a. Marketing!). She is a Product Marketing Manager and is working with the rest of the marketing team to make MindLeaders products and services the best they can be. Kristina enjoys the occasional foray into the World of Warcraft when not at work or spending quality time with her family.
